Step 1- Material Sourcing
Raw Materials That Set the Standard
Sourcing certified bearing-grade steel compliant with international standards
Step 2- Precision Machining
CNC Accuracy. Globally Aligned.
Using machines with repeatability under 5 microns
Our components are turned and milled using CNCs from Mazak, DMG MORI, and ACE Micromatic, capable of holding IT5–IT6 tolerance classes. The typical concentricity achieved on raceway bores is under 5 μm, ensuring minimal vibration. Surface roughness values (Ra) are kept below 0.8 μm on functional surfaces using fine inserts and precision tooling.
Step 3- Heat Treatment & Hardening
Hardened for High-Stress Applications
Thermal processes aligned with ISO and ASTM
EDX bearings undergo vacuum or atmosphere-controlled hardening as per ISO 9950 and AMS-H-6875. Final hardness is maintained at 58–64 HRC with case depth up to 1.2 mm, validated using Rockwell C scale testing (ISO 6508-1). Uniform hardness is crucial for fatigue life exceeding 100 million cycles (L10 life) under ISO 281 dynamic load ratings.
Step 4- Grinding & Finishing
Where Microns Matter
Grinding raceways to meet ABEC 5 and ISO P5 standards
We use Studer, Junker, and TGS grinders to achieve roundness within 1–2 μm and roughness (Ra) of ≤0.2 μm on critical paths. Raceway geometry is aligned with ISO 492 Class P5/ABEC 5, ensuring low noise and high rotation accuracy. Rolling elements and raceways are precision-matched using electronic gauging systems.
Step 5- Quality Inspection & Assembly
Zero Defect. Fully Verified.
Precision inspection and ISO-compliant assembly
Each EDX bearing undergoes multi-stage inspection using CMMs, roundness testers (≤2 μm), and surface roughness testers (Ra ≤ 0.2 μm). Hardness is checked per ISO 6508-1, and assembly is done in clean zones with torque-controlled presses. All bearings are matched by radial clearance (ISO 5753-1) and tested for noise, vibration, and rotation accuracy as per ISO 15242. Every unit is batch-coded for full traceability.
Step 6- Packaging & Delivery
Built to Endure- Assured Delivery Commitment- Proven.
Final-stage care under ISO 16232 cleanliness and ISO 14001 compliance
Each bearing is ultrasonically cleaned and packed in VCI bags, then vacuum sealed for rust prevention. Our packaging lines follow ISO 16232 for cleanliness and are compliant with RoHS and REACH. Every consignment includes barcoded labels, batch numbers, and CoC. Products are shipped with real-time tracking via our global ERP-integrated logistics system.
